Welcome to One11 Mobile Massage. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both the client and the therapist, ensure safety, and maintain the professional integrity of each session.

Full payment for services is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card. Gratuity is not included in listed service prices. A standard spa gratuity of 18–20% is appreciated for quality service and travel time. Cash tips are welcome, but please have the exact amount available, as the therapist does not carry change.

One11 Mobile Massage proudly serves the Kansas City area and nearby communities. Services are not available outside designated service areas unless approved in advance. The therapist reserves the right to decline appointments in locations deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or outside reasonable travel distance.

Mobile Massage of Kansas City provides in-home and on-site massage services within the Kansas City metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Please note that we do not provide services in rural or remote areas without nearby housing or established residences. This policy ensures the safety and efficiency of our therapists and allows us to serve clients in accessible, properly maintained environments. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our service area, please contact us prior to booking.

To ensure safety and wellness, clients experiencing illness, fever, flu-like symptoms, COVID-19 symptoms, or any contagious condition must reschedule their appointment.

Massage therapy cannot be provided if the client is contagious, has open wounds, infections, or recent injuries that may be aggravated by massage.

If illness is disclosed or observed at the time of the appointment, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the session, and payment will be forfeited.

Clients must complete a brief health intake form before each session to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or concerns.

Please ensure the massage area is clean, quiet, and free of clutter to allow safe setup and movement around the massage table. Pets must be secured in another room during the session to prevent distractions or safety issues. If the environment is unsafe, unclean, or unsuitable for service, the therapist may decline to begin or continue the session, and payment will be forfe

One11 Mobile Massage provides strictly professional, therapeutic massage services only.

Any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate language, touching, or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

Any threatening, aggressive, or violent behavior toward the therapist will result in permanent refusal of service and law enforcement notification. The therapist reserves the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Pre-payments are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a new date if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the session payment.

The therapist is a licensed professional and upholds strict ethical standards.

Any client who violates these boundaries will be permanently banned from future bookings.

Clients must be 18 years or older to book a massage.

Anyone under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and must have an adult present during the session.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe or unsanitary environments Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior

Health conditions that make massage unsafe

Service requests outside the therapist’s scope of practice

By booking with One11 Mobile Massage, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.

You understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment and is provided solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes.

You release One11 Mobile Massage and its therapist from any liability associated with services provided under these terms.
