How does scheduling work?

1. Choose Your Service Explore my massage options to find what fits your needs best — whether it’s Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, or a soothing relaxation session.

2. Book Your Appointment Pick a date and time that works for you. You can easily schedule online, or reach out directly by phone or email to set up your session.

3. Share Your Location Let me know where you’d like your massage — your home, office, or hotel. I bring everything needed to create a comfortable, relaxing setup wherever you are.

4. Relax and Enjoy I’ll arrive with all equipment — massage table, fresh linens, and high-quality products. All you need to do is unwind and enjoy your personalized One11 experience.

What does therapist arrival look like?

• Individual Appointments: Your massage therapist will arrive 10 —15minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Corporate Chair Massage: For corporate chair massage events, our therapists will arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for setup and to become acquainted with the office premises and day’s structure.

Contacting Your Massage Therapist: If you need to reach your massage therapist before your appointment, simply reply to your appointment confirmation text. This two-way texting feature allows for direct communication, ensuring any questions or concerns are addressed promptly.

How does payment work?

• Full payment for your selected service is required at the time of booking using a valid debit or credit card.

• Gratuity is not included in listed service prices. A standard spa gratuity of 18–20% is greatly appreciated as recognition of quality service and travel.

If you prefer to leave a cash tip, please have the exact amount available, as I do not carry change.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

• Your session time is personally reserved just for you. If you need to make any changes, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment date if the reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before your original appointment time.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will forfeit the session payment.

What areas do you serve?

One11 Mobile Massage currently serves clients in the Kansas City area and surrounding communities. If you don’t see your location listed, please contact us — we may still be able to come to you.

Do you offer couples massages?

Currently, One11 Mobile Massage is a solo-operated service, so I’m unable to provide simultaneous couples massages. However, back-to-back sessions can be scheduled for two people in the same location.

Do I need to prepare anything before my massage?

Please make sure there’s enough space for the massage table and allow access to a nearby outlet (if you’d like heated table or music options). Please have all animals in a separate area at Therapists arrival. It takes about 5–10 minutes for setup. Please be aware of the Therapists time, time starts as soon as the Therapists are set up & ready to start.

What types of massage do you offer?

I offer a variety of services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Relaxation massage. Each session is fully customized to meet your body’s unique needs.

What about inclement weather?

During bad weather such as snow, ice, below freezing or other risky conditions & our Therapist feel unsafe to make the trip we will reach out to reschedule for our soonest next availability. Safety first.

Arrival & Setup

Please ensure there is a clean, comfortable space available for setup, large enough for a massage table and easy movement around it. I will arrive with all necessary equipment — massage table, linens, and professional-grade, paraben- and sulfate-free products. For safety and punctuality, please make sure pets are secured and the area is clear before my arrival.

Health & Safety

If you are experiencing any illness, fever, or contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be serviced, and payment will be forfeited. All equipment and linens are sanitized after every session to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Professional Conduct

All services provided by One11 Mobile Massage are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be forfeited.
